Refund policy

You may contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9438 7106 within 3 working days should you receive a defective item.


Do indicate your order number and provide us with photo(s) of the item for return and/or exchange.

 

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We are strictly unable to do exchange or refund for the following products due to hygiene reasons:

  • Natural wood products
  • Food, bedding, treats with opened/damaged packaging

 

Kindly keep your receipt until the return and/or exchange is completed and resolved.

 

Return the item to us using a traceable mode of delivery within 7 calendar days. The item must be returned unused and undamaged with the original packaging and tag intact. Keep your receipt for return shipping refund. We are not responsible for any lost mail.


Refund (if any) will be processed thru the same payment mode you had used to purchase the item. It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to be completed.

 

For cancellation of orders due to wrong item selected or change of mind, store credits will be issued. For refund due to selection of wrong product selected during order or change of mind, an administrative fee of 10% or SGD$1 (whichever is higher) of the refund amount will be imposed to cover administrative and payment platform fees.


All refunds, returns and/or exchanges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and The Burrow LLP reserves the rights to the final decision.
